It was a fun-day sunday, on 17th May when we headed out for a picnic to Ranganathittu with a bunch of Reiki students, mostly girls. Apart from giving the girls an education on birds (we saw over a dozen types of birds!) we also did a bit of yoga amidst trees, ate homemade sandwiches and snacks, and basically had a lot of fun!

Hello All,

I wanted to share with you all good people my experiences after Reiki-II attunement. I attended the Reiki-II class on 25th April 2009. During the attunement process I saw a white circle with black shades around it, a white lined star and some irregular shapes. I dont know what they mean or signify. Probably you all people can throw some light on this if you know.

First thing I did is that I decided to test how efficiently the intention slips work. But I need a problem to address, and I wanted to solve it through my intention slip. My wife was laughing at me when I said that I wish I find someone with a problem.

Then, I got a call from my mother. She said there was no power supply since 1 week due to heavy rains. They have been going to the electicity office but no one was responding positively and they showed no great interest in solving the problem. When I asked them to go the Senior Engineer, he said it cannot solved this week because of lack of manpower.

Almighty god had answered my prayers. Now I had a problem in my hands. Immediately I prepared an intention slip, put it in the box and gave it reiki for few mins. Next day I came home in the evening expecting a call from my mom with a good news. After I waited for some time I called her to ask if there is any progress. She answered in the negative.

The very next day to my surprise I got a call again from my hometown and I came to know that the power crisis is gone and now they have a regular power supply. It got solved even before the 1 week time given by the senior engineer.

Now I have the practical evidence of how powerful reiki is. My wife asked me “How can you be sure that it is only because of reiki. It can be a coincidence too”. Yes, she is right it could have been solved even without the intention slip. But for me it got solved only after I made an intention. Only God knows the right answer.

And as Nikhil had said, I began to develop intuitive abilities even though to a little extent. One day as I enter the work place a thought got to my mind that I will be hearing something good today. Soon I forgot about it and went about on my usual routine. The same day, I was told that I would be going abroad for a couple of months for an important assignment. I could not believe my luck as a few of my colleagues were being layed off due to lack of assignments at the same time. Soon I got two more project assigments in my company which involved going abroad, and I had to choose between the three.

There are many more incidents, but I would like to end it here for now. Probably I will share it with you next time when time permits.
