In a world that seems to shift towards more materialism by the day, many are turning inwards in an attempt to find respite from the endless running. Even so, we still tend to view meditation and normal living as two completely separate things.
Decades of conditioning that we experience through our upbringing, peer pressure and the media take us away from our natural states of being, viz. resting in the peace we already are. For this reason, Jacqueline also works with therapeutic techniques, to dislodge and dissolve unconscious blocks that have been holding us back.
When we combine this with learning how to meditate, and how to integrate meditation with practical living, it can transform our lives in ways we cannot imagine.
The program involves understanding the challenges facing us individually and collectively, with suggestions on how we can prepare for the rest of the year and put spiritual teachings into practice. It includes meditation, teachings, question and answer sessions and whatever arises in the moment.
Who it is for: It does not matter whether you have been meditating for years, or if you have no idea about meditation. About the Facilitator:
Jacqueline M Longstaff experienced a spiritual awakening in the early 80s. She has been facilitating programs and retreats around the world on awakening and spiritual relationships for many years.
She spends several months of the year at Singing Heart Ashram in Tiruvannamalai, near the sacred hill Arunachala.
Time: 10am to 6pm, 27th and 28th February, Saturday & Sunday.

Fee: Rs. 4000 per person
