How many past lives do we have?
We have many past lives, often to the tune of a hundred as human beings alone.

How do we know if we have ever been animals before?
We have all been through various stages of growth, which include plants, insects, animals, etc. We are said to have nearly 8.4 million lives before we finally become humans. Even after taking birth as humans, we frequently take breaks as other beings, usually animals or birds.

How many sessions will I need?
One session is enough in most cases, however, this depends case to case.

Is it true that intelligent people cannot be hypnotised?
Quite the contrary, intelligent people make better subjects, because every hypnosis is self hypnosis. Unlike popular perception, you cannot be hypnotised without your will or consent. Intelligent people find it easier to follow instructions, which makes it easy for them to be hypnotised.

Is this session going to be like what I see on TV?
The episodes shown on television are obviously the most intense and entertaining out of a huge number of cases. Also, the clients are not totally unconscious like it appears, as most of them later admit. Being hypnotised feels like you're awake, and you are able to choose what to reveal. Most people maintain awareness of their surroundings and location, and even background noises. In fact, a greater awareness of background noises is often an indicator that a person is under hypnosis.

How many past lives will I see in one session?
This depends on your capacity. Some people are fast and tend to see more, but most people tend to see only one past life, especially in the first session.

Will I definitely see atleast one past life?
This is not guaranteed. While most people can see past lives, we have observed that people working in financial backgrounds, older people, and those who are very guarded emotionally, have difficulty in seeing their past lives easily.

However, we'd like to point out that seeing one's past lives is not always essential for healing. Sometimes profound healing has taken place even when a client has not seen a past life, as there may be blocks in this life too.

What can I do to maximize the success of my PLR session?
The best attitude to bring to a session is that of an open and relaxed mind. Meditating on the success of the session for a few days before the session also usually increases the chances.

Can I regress on my own using a tape?
Sometimes it is possible to see past lives using a regression audio. However, even if one does manage to see a past life with the help of an audio tape, it does not involve any therapy. If one needs to heal any emotions, one would then need a therapist.

If I get stuck in the previous life, will you be able to bring me back?
It is impossible to get stuck in a previous life, just like it is impossible to get stuck in your childhood when you remember it. Past life therapy uses mild hypnosis which merely brings back the memories of the past.

Do I have to believe in reincarnation for this therapy to work?
No, but you have to be open to the possibility, as you will need to acknowledge the memories that come to you. Those who do not believe in past lives can look at it as experiences of a collective consciousness.

If I see something very bad, will it affect me in my present life?
This therapy is all about healing the past. This means that no matter what you see, by the end of the session you will be able to recall the incident without much feeling - the memory may remain, but the emotions will not be there.
