All About Learning Reiki

Can Reiki be learned by reading a book, listening to an audio tape or watching a video? The answer is no.

Apart from the basic rules of learning which indicate better understanding and comprehension when one attends a class as opposed to reads a book, there is one very important thing required to learn Reiki - an attunement. An attunement is an energy procedure during which a teacher opens up certain pathways in your energy body, so that you can start channeling energy easily. Once this is done, a person becomes a Reiki 'channel' and can heal oneself and others through Reiki.

Our classes include theory which covers everything you need to know to be a good healer, one-on-one attunement, and also hands-on practice sessions in which we teach you to heal yourself, and one other person. This ensures not only that you know what you're doing, once you understand the theory of Reiki, but also you do it right in front of us, so that there is no room for doubts.
