Hi! I’m new to Reiki and am curious about applying Reiki to my food\/drink, plants, animals, and even my apartment. How does one seal the energy, how long is it done, etc?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You just place your hands on, or just above the items you want to heal – food\/ drink, electronics, plants and animals.<\/p>\n

Sealing the energy when you heal anything other than human, is not so required in my opinion. You heal them as long as it feels right, and then stop. Chances are, you will feel the energy tapering off, if you are sensitive. When you heal by following your gut feeling, sealing is not that important, because you give as much as is needed. If you are following some sort of timer, then sealing becomes important if you don’t want to continue sending them energy till they have as much as they need. I rarely seal energies.<\/p>\n

Reiki exposes most of us to a whole new world and it can be quite natural to get swept away with excitement. If you can keep your focus on the spiritual development, however, and surrender to Reiki, it will be a completely different journey – that of self-transformation and healing \ud83d\ude42 Just remember to keep the focus on yourself, not anything external.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
