Why Reiki?

There are so many things to do, so many things to learn today. There's yogasanas, pranayama, various forms of meditation, art of living, etc. Why of all things, must one learn Reiki? I believe it would be quite unfair to compare systems, for example, yoga with Reiki, because everything has its own advantages.

Almost all systems similar to Reiki attempt to do the same thing - fill energy into an otherwise energy-starved body. And therefore, in a way, their benefits are similar.

What sets Reiki apart from all other systems is its simplicity and the ease of practice. Anyone from a 3 year old to a 100 year old could do it - all Reiki practice involves, is placing one's hands over various points on the body!

It fits easily into hectic schedules and you do not have to alter your plans for the day to make a Reiki practice fit in. Infact, daily Reiki practice is so easy to manage, that We are quite confident that no other system even comes close. A half hour to forty-five minute practice is all that is required of you, and there are no restrictions as to when, where and how! Do it in the morning, evening, before or after food, in a bus, train, in a meeting or on your bed! Can anything ever get simpler?

When you learn Reiki, you are not the only one who benefits. You can heal the people around you whenever they are physically or emotionally down. You could even Reiki your angry boss to calm down!
