Q&A: How Do We Deal with Planetary Problems?

Do planetary movements affect us? If yes, how do we heal ourselves?

Astrology can be considered as a map for our minds. The positions of the planets indicate the challenges we are likely to face. All the planets represent different aspects of ourselves, for example Mars represents action and passion, and if out of control, it represents restlessness, anger and aggression. If we know that a particular planet is creating difficulties in our life, we could use the distant healing symbol to connect with that planet and meditate on it. (Level 1 channels may simply imagine the planet or its astrological symbol to connect).

However, ultimately you are just what you are, and everything you experience is a reflection of your own inner self. Planets merely indicate which aspect of you is being challenged, that’s all.

If you turn your attention outwards, you are ‘affected’ by everything – past lives, ancestry, planets, other people, environment.. the list is endless. If you try to fix things based on what is affecting you from the outside, you’ll never rest in peace.

If on the other hand you invest your energy in meditation and self-exploration, the tight knots that break the flow of life start to loosen up and you start to become more free.

Whether you ‘heal’ a problem or not depends on your destiny – it will not go until it is time for the problem to leave. But if you turn inwards, the problem is merely a challenge, something that makes life interesting, or something a bit inconvenient, at worst. That is what inner work does for you.
